Wiley Prevails as Best Amateur at the Ohio Women's Open

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State sophomore golfer Isabella Wiley was the top amateur finisher at this past week's Ohio Women's Open.

Held at the Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio, the event featured more than 50 professional and amateur players. Wiley came in at +4 for the event to post the best score of all amateurs. She was fifth overall, posting a better total than 10 professionals.

Wiley just completed her second collegiate season, helping the Eagles win the OVC Tournament and take part in the program's second NCAA regional in the past three seasons.
