137 Concert Series Shifts to Homecoming Week; New Date of October 21 Set

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State University Athletics is excited to announce that the highly anticipated 137 Concert Series will be shifted to Fall 2026 as part of Homecoming Week, officially kicking off the week's festivities on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
 
The concert will still feature country music standout Chase Matthew and rising artist Tyra Madison, delivering an unforgettable night of live entertainment to open one of the University's most celebrated traditions.
 
This strategic shift creates an exciting opportunity to re-establish a long-standing Morehead State tradition—hosting a major concert during Homecoming week. By aligning the 137 Concert Series with Homecoming festivities, the University is elevating the experience and creating a dynamic, high-energy kickoff event that brings together students, alumni, and the local community in a shared celebration of Eagle pride.
