Morehead, Ky. -- Morehead State Women's Basketball has signed Kensley Feltner to play basketball next season with the Eagles.

Feltner joins the Eagles after three seasons at Belmont. Last season, she played in just five games, averaging points and 3.2 rebounds per game. In her sophomore season, she appeared in 39 games, starting two. She averaged 3.6 points and two rebounds per game. She set career highs with 19 points and eight rebounds at Evansville on March 8, 2025.

"Her motor, ability to finish at the rim, and natural leadership abilities will make an immediate impact on our program. We're excited to welcome her to campus and can't wait to get to work,"Â added Alexander.

Feltner had a storied career at Lawrence County High School, scoring 4,189 career points, becoming just the fourth player in the state to surpass 4,000 points in a career. She was a Kentucky Miss Basketball finalist her senior year, leading the state averaging 28.9 points per game and also averaging 9.4 rebounds per game. She shot 59% from the floor and 81% from the free throw line.

She also led the state in scoring her junior season averaging 26.9 points per game while hitting 53% from the floor and was named to the Courier-Journal Second Team All-State. In addition to her scoring, she also set school records with 1,542 rebounds, 816 assists and 413 steals.

Her brother Jackson was a standout baseball player for the Eagles from 2021 through 2023.
