Green is a sophomore transfer from the University of Illinois Chicago. She appeared in 14 games with the Flames last season, with one start (at Indiana, Nov. 7).
Â
A standout star at Highlands High School, she finished her career with the Bluebirds a member of the 1,000/1,000 Club with over 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in her four seasons. Her junior season, she averaged 15.6 points and nine rebounds per game, shooting 61% from the floor.

"With her Kentucky roots, she understands the pride and responsibility that comes with wearing Morehead State across her chest. Her size, versatility, and ability to impact the game in multiple ways will make an immediate difference in the OVC."
