Morehead, Ky.-- The Morehead State women's basketball team has added North Carolina native Hadleigh Dill to the staff for the 2026-27 season.

"Hadleigh has experienced the game from the student-athlete's perspective, and she understands what it takes to build relationships, develop players and create a winning culture," said Morehead State head coach Jackie Alexander. "Her passion for people, her knowledge of the game and her desire to serve others make her a tremendous addition to our staff. We are fortunate to have Hadleigh on our staff here at Morehead."

Dill played collegiately at Campbell University, serving as team captain last season. She appeared in 29 games making nine starts, averaging 3.9 points and 1.9 rebounds per game.

In the 2024-25 season, Dill played in 34 games, making ten starts. She averaged 5.2 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. She was a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection in 2025 and 2026.

Prior to her career at Campbell, Dill was a standout at Enka High School. She was a four-time All-Conference and All-District selection and was named the NCHSAA 3A Most Outstanding Player after helping Enka to a runner-up finish at the state championships her junior season.

"I'm grateful for the opportunity to join Coach Jackie at Morehead State," said Dill. "Coach Jackie recruited me during my playing career, so having the chance to reconnect with her and now work alongside her makes this even more special. I'm excited for the opportunity to learn from her, continue to grow as a coach, and contribute to the culture and future of Morehead State Women's Basketball."
