Named the Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year...Also tabbed Second-Team All-OVC and to the OVC All-Newcomer Team...Led the team with eight home runs and 34 RBI...RBI total ranked as fourth highest single season number in school history...Had 40 hits, including seven doubles, and walked a team high 26 times...Scored 20 runs...Batted .290 overall...Had 10 multi-hit games and a team high nine multi-RBI games...Season high six game hitting streak tied for the team lead.

One of the most decorated high school players in the nation and in the state…Hit 55 career home runs to shatter the Kentucky state record…Had 92 doubles to set the state career record…Added 248 career RBI and batted higher than .500 for her career…Hit .610 with 17 home runs and 25 doubles as a senior…Belted a state record 19 home runs as a junior in 2008…RBI total of 77 as a junior was also a state record…Named the 16th Region MVP as a sophomore and junior…Culminated career by earning 2009 Kentucky Miss Softball Award…Participated in the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Star series in 2009 and won the home run derby…Named 16th Region Player of the Year…Named Second-Team All-State as a sophomore and First-Team All-State as a junior and senior…Played for the West Virginia Dusters club program…Also lettered in basketball, leading Rowan County Senior High to two straight 16th Region titles and Sweet 16 appearances.
