AS A SOPHOMORE (2017)
Ran in all six events … Named Second-Team All OVC … Earned OVC Men’s Co-Runner of the Week … Ran season-best 5K time (15:29.2) at the Eagle Opener where he placed seventh of 48 runners … Notched the best 8K time in schools history  with a time of 25:05.8 and placed 53^rd out of 259 runners … Best 10K time (29:41.8) at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Competed in all six events … Earned First-Team ALL-OVC accolades … Named USTFCCCA All-Region … Ran season-best 5K time (15:46.30) at the Eagle Opener where he placed second of 65 runners … Ran the third best 8K time in school history with a time of 24:37.96 at the Greater Louisville Classic, good enough for 26^th of 312 runners … Notched the first best 10K time at MSU with a time of 29:51.80 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

PRIOR TO MSU
Was the 2015 Canadian indoor champion in the 3,000-meter event and finished in the top 10 in that event at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association Championship ... Clocked personal bests of 9:13 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 8:40 in the 3,000-meter open.
