AS A SOPHOMORE (2005)
Earned First-Team All-OVC honors. Finished the campaign hitting .368, scoring 27 runs, collecting 57 hits, in 155 at-bats, with three doubles, 11 RBI, 60 total bases, seven walks and seven stolen bases, while recording a .387 slugging percentage and a .395 on-base percentage over 48 games, all of which she started ... Notched a 14-game hitting streak, from March 30 to April 27, the second longest known mark in MSU history ... Her batting average was the 10th-best in MSU history. She also tied for seventh in single season hits and tied for second with 55 singles. In the OVC, she ranked seventh in batting average, fifth in hits and seventh in at-bats ... Led the team in batting average, hits, sacrifice bunts and stolen bases.

AS A FRESHMAN (2024)
Started and played 11 games before suffering a season-ending leg injury, finished with a average of .200. She had three runs, six hits, and one RBI. Has a SVG% of .200 and stole 2 out of 3 bases.

PRIOR TO MSU
Maddy Christopher was a three-time all-state selection for Marengo High, helping the Lady Indians post a 30-4 record and make an appearance in the 2A state tournament as a senior. Christopher also collected all-conference and all-area honors all three years on the varsity. This past spring, she broke the school’s career record for stolen bases (75), despite playing just three seasons. An outstanding student, she was a member of the High Honor Roll throughout her time in high school and also was named as an Illinois State Scholar. Christopher played for the Nationals Premier Softball club team.
