In 2009: Was the team leader in three of the six events...Finished 78th at the Greater Louisville Classic, the state's largest meet, with a time of 25:31.58...Led the team and finished seventh overall at the Blue Ridge Open, finishing in 25:30.76...Took 18th at the OVC Championship with a time of 27:25.73...Finished the NCAA Southeast Regional in 86th place.

In 2008: Competed in all five events…Took 4th place at the Missouri State Cross Country Invitational with a time of 25:52.67…Finished in 11th at the Dayton Flyer 5K with a time of 15:49…Competed in the Pre-Nationals meet and ran a time of 25:35.6…ran a season best time at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 24:53.33.

In 2007: Crossed the tape in 12th place at the OVC Championship to be named Second-Team All-OVC…Finished the OVC meet in 25:57.05…Took 15th place at the Samford Invite with a time of 28:05.89…Completed the Pre-Nationals 8,000 meter course in 26:19.00.

In 2006: Sat out the season as a red-shirt.

Prior to MSU
Competed in cross country and track at Mt. Zion High School…Named team MVP in both sports…Was team captain his sophomore and senior season…Named All-Conference in cross country and track (1,600 meters and 4x800 meter relay).
