In 2009: Ran his best time of the season at the Blue Ridge Open with a 27:18.56…Finished 30th at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship with a time of 27:57.22…Ran 27:19.02 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

In 2008: Competed in all five events…Finished in 21st place at the Missouri State Invitational with a time of 27:47.25…Ran a course of 27:13.2 at the OVC Championships…Had a season best mark at the Greater Louisville Classic with a 26:30.37 in the 8K event.

In 2007: Competed in three events as a true freshman…Ran the Flyer 5K in 16:58…Took 26th place at the Samford Invitational with a time of 29:15.66 for 8K…Posted a time of 29:14.01 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

Prior to MSU
A four-year star at Springboro High School…Named the 2007 Team MVP…Named First-Team All-Conference…Was a two-time Division I regional qualifier…On the track, lettered four years and was a two-time Division I regional qualifier in the 4x800 relay…Was the GWOC South two-mile champion with a personal best of 10:05.
