AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (SPRING 2023)
Ran in the 1,500m, 3,000m, and 5,000m this season. Had a season best 1,500m time of 3:58.42 and finished 6th at the Jim Green Invitational. Ran a season best 3,000m time of 8:41.81 and placed 9th at the Bellarmine Open. Ran a season best time of 14:58.24 in the 5,000m at the Rick Erdmann Twilight.
PRIOR TO MSU
Was one of the most consistent and top placing athletes in the state his senior cross country season ... Placed sixth individually at the Class AAA KHSAA state meet, helping his team place eighth against the top teams in the state.
