In track and field competed in 11 events ... Finished top three five times ... Placed first in the 800-meter run (1:52.83), which was a season best, at the Bellarmine Classic and in the 1,500-meter run (3:46.43), which was a career best, at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... Season best 4x400-meter relay team (3:25.79) at the OVC Championship ... Season best 5,000-meter run (14:40.07) at the Charlotte 49er Classic.

AS A JUNIOR (2018)
In track and field competed in nine events ...  Claimed first in the 800-meter run at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Woods(1:49.99), the Miami Duals (1:51.47), and the Winthrop Invite (1:53.17) ... Best 800-meter run time (1:51.48) at the Beach Invitational ... Best 1,500-meter run time at the Bryan Clay Invite (3:46.73) and the Raleigh Relays (3:49.03) ... Best 5,000-meter run time (14:32.93) at the 49er Classic ... Best 4x800-meter relay team (7:41.45) at the Raleigh Relays ... Placed 2nd in the 800-meter run (1:52.00) at the OVC Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017)
Competed in eight track and field events this season … Claimed first in the 3000-meter run in 8:23.21 at the Stan Lyons Invitational … Recorded 1500-meter season-best with a time of 3:49.11 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Tallied a top-10 finished in the 1500-meter run at the OVC Championship crossing the finish line in 3:53.87 ... Earned first-team All-OVC.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Finished second or third on the team in six events ... Ran in all seven races ... Best time for 8K was 25:36.30 at the Pre-Nationals race.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a nine-time regional champion and five-time regional runner-up in cross country and track ... Qualified for the provincial meet every season and also qualified for Team Ontario ... Finished seventh in a pair of events at the 2011 Youth National Championship.
