Ran a season best 1,000m time of 3:34.21 and placed 7th at the Marshall Opener. Had a season best mile time of 5:29.80 at the Bellarmine Open. Ran a season best time of 12:18.80 and finished 2nd in the steeplechase at the Jim Green Invitational.

Taylor is from Lebanon, Ohio, and Lebanon High School, where she owns the 17th-fastest time in LHS history in the 5K at 19:34.6, which she set on Oct. 2. As a senior, she placed 168th in the Ohio State Division I Cross Country Championship with a 5K time of 21:01.3. As a junior, she was 119th at the state meet in 20:22.6. ... At the 2021 Eastern Cincinnati Conference Track and Field Championship, Taylor placed seventh in the 3200-meter run (11:31.87), 11th in the 1600-meter run (5:21.50) and 23rd in the 800m (2:38.00). Her oh.milesplit.com page lists her outdoor 'pr's as 18.85 in the 100-meter hurdles, 52.82 in the 300-meter hurdles and 7:42.10 in the 200-meter steeplechase. Indoors oh.milesplit.com credits her with a 2:34.49 in the 800m, a 5:27.49 in the 1600m and a 5:51.08 in the mile. ...
