Senior libero Leslie Schellhaas has been this week’s Female Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

Schellhaas, who was also named OVC Co-Defensive Player of the Week, had a pair of 25-plus dig matches, recording 27 versus Tennessee and 26 in a four-set victory over Cincinnati. She also complied a .977 serving efficiency and a .958 receiving percentage as a primary passer over the weekend.

The Eagles open up the 2013 home slate on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET, as they welcome Conference USA foe Marshall to Wetherby Gym.
