Sophomore golfer Anna Appert Lund has been named this week’s Female Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

Appert Lund wrapped up the LPGA Xavier Invitational in a tie for fifth place out of 95 total golfers with a three round total of 222 (77, 71, 74).

The Bromma, Sweden native helped lead the Eagles to a second place tie at the tournament.

MSU returns to the course on Oct. 21 at the MTSU Invitational in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
