Sophomore Emma Uchida of the rifle team has been named this week’s Female Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

Uchida led the Eagles with a career-best 578 in air rifle at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship. Her score was good enough for a 14th place finish.

It is the first honor of the season for Uchida.
