MOREHEAD, Ky. --
Morehead State (2-6 overall, 1-4 PFL) returns to the gridiron on Saturday when it travels to Campbell (5-3 overall, 4-2 PFL) for another Pioneer Football League tilt at 1 p.m. ET.

The Eagles are looking to avoid their first four-game skid since 2009 and are searching for their first victory since Oct. 1 at Valparaiso.

The Camels have reeled off four straight victories over Butler, Marist, San Diego and Davidson.  They have never won five consecutive games.

Junior quarterback Zach Lewis (223-for-352, 63.4%, 2,460 yds, 18 TD, 4 INT), senior fullback Desmond Cox (131 rush, 648 yds, 7 TD) and junior wide receiver Donte Sawyer (35 rec, 528 yds, 6 TD) have led the Morehead State offense to this point in the season.

Senior linebacker Tony Bachman paces the Eagles on defense with 76 tackles, while senior defensive end Jerome Raymond owns nine sacks for 60 yards.

Junior quarterback Braden Smith (132-for-240, 55.0%, 1,443 yds, 12 TD, 5 INT), senior running back Carl Smith (130 rush, 542 yds, 4 TD) and senior wide receiver Preston Dodson (34 rec, 361 yds, 3 TD) have led the Campbell offense to this point in the campaign.

Senior defensive end Jeremiah Robinson paces the Camels on defense with 52 tackles, including a team-best 14 tackles for loss and six sacks.

Morehead State owns a 2-1 advantage in the all-time series after registering a 30-24 victory over Campbell in double overtime last season.  Lewis tallied 322 passing yards on 32-of-45 attempts in that affair for the Eagles.

Morehead State returns to the state of North Carolina next Saturday, Nov. 12, for its final road game of the season at Davidson.  Kick-off is also slated for 1 p.m. ET.
