MOREHEAD, Ky. -- The Morehead State women's basketball team returns to action Monday night hosting Southeast Missouri. The game is set for 6 p.m. at Johnson Arena.
The Eagles (8-10/2-3 OVC) will look to stop a three-game losing streak. Southeast Missouri (5-12/1-3 OVC) enters the contest having lost four of its last five.

Almesha Jones nearly had a triple double (15 pts, 9 rbs, 9 asts), but the Eagles dropped a 74-52 decision to league-leader UT Martin. Junior Taybreanna Couch had her best game as an Eagle with career-highs of 14 points and eight rebounds.
SEMO Success
Morehead State owns an eight-game winning streak against Southeast Missouri. Due to scheduling systems, the Eagles haven't hosted SEMO since 2010-11, but the last two meetings in Johnson Arena have resulted in MSU outscoring the Redhawks by an average 82.5-38.2 margin.
Live by the Three
Morehead State averages 7.4 three-pointers made and 24.8 three-pointers attempted per game. MSU has put together six consecutive seasons with at least 200 three-pointers made. The 44 three-pointers attempted versus Berea (Ky.) on Dec. 18 set the school single-game record.

In the last eight games, Morehead State is shooting 76 percent (101-of-132) at the free throw line. In comparison, in the first 10 games, MSU connected on just 65 percent at the charity stripe.

Morehead State averages 19.3 free-throw attempts per game. On the flip side though, opponents are getting to the line 29 times per contest. MSU ranks 339th out of 343 Division I teams in most fouls per game.
Triple-Double! Almost
Almesha Jones nearly had a triple-double Saturday against UT Martin. Jones scored a team-best 15 points, had nine rebounds and dished out nine assists. There have been 17 triple-doubles in NCAA Division women's basketball this season.

Terrice Robinson ranks eighth in the Ohio Valley Conference with 17.4 points per game. She has 18 career 20+ point games. She also has 43 career double-figure scoring games to her credit.
Almost There
Terrice Robinson is on pace to reach 1,000 career points this season. She currently has 977 points. Robinson would be the 21st player in program history to join the 1,000-point club.
Takeaways Are Her Specialty
Almesha Jones currently leads the OVC in steals per game with 2.3. She has 41 takeaways this year and 144 for her career, which ranks 10th in program history.
Helping Hands
Almesha Jones, who ranks second in the OVC in assists per game, has recorded 24 career games with at least five assists. Nine of those games have come this season.
Breakout Season
Shanice Parker entered the season with just 24 points in only 39 career games. But, Parker is having a breakout final campaign. She is averaging 7.8 points and is shooting 44 percent from the floor.
