Notes heading into the contest:

We'll Make You Make the Mistake
Morehead State ranks third in the OVC in turnover margin this season. The Eagles have 14 games with fewer mistakes than their opponent.

Most Efficient Team in the League
The Eagles lead the OVC in assist-field goal ratio. Sixty-five percent of the time MSU makes a basket there is an assist.

In the Record Books
Terrice Robinson became the 21st member of the 1,000-point club at Morehead State on Jan. 25 at Tennessee State. With 1,057 career points, she is now ranked 19th in career scoring in program history.

Live by the Three
Morehead State averages 7.6 three-pointers made and 24.6 three-pointers attempted per game. MSU has put together seven consecutive seasons with at least 200 three-pointers made.

A Tale of Two Halves
Morehead State has registered 957 points (35.4/game) in the second halves of games this year, 30 more than its opponents. However, opponents have outscored the Eagles 878 (32.5) to 737 (27.2) in the opening halves.

Fantastic Five
Almesha Jones has joined an exclusive list of former MSU student-athletes with at least 300 career assists and 150 steals. Only four others, Chynna Bozeman (2007-11), Kelly Stamper (1985-89), Hilary Swisher (1994-98) and Stacey Spake (1990-94) are on that list. Only two, Bozeman and Stamper, have achieved that milestone, plus scored 1,000 career points. Jones needs 137 points to reach 1,000.

Picking Pockets
Almesha Jones currently ranks second in the OVC in steals per game with 2.4, coming up with a career-high eight at Murray State. Jones ranks eighth in program history with 168 steals.

Piling Up the Dimes
Almesha Jones, who leads the OVC in assists per game with 5.9, has recorded 32 career games with at least five assists. Seventeen of those games have come this season. She needs just six more assists to move to third on the MSU single-season list. The single-season record is 193 by Teresa Ruby in 1984-85.

Finishing Her Career in Style
After scoring just 24 points in her first three seasons, senior guard Shanice Parker has seven double-figure games to her credit this year and has 196 points. She has scored 15 points on three occasions.

Big Mac
Junior forward Mackenzie Arledge has three double-doubles this season, including a 10-point, 10-rebound output at Murray State Monday. In the last six games, Arledge averaged 11 points and 6.5 rebounds.
