Women's Golf Heads to Nearby Richmond for Final Test Before OVC Championship

MOREHEAD, Ky. – In their final test before the OVC Championship, women's golf heads to nearby Richmond to participate in the Colonel Classic hosted by Eastern Kentucky.

The Eagles wrapped up play earlier this week at the Any Given Tuesday Invitational, where the team finished ninth after carding rounds of 302-302-302—906.

Freshman Tuva Marie Isebakke claimed her second career top-25 finish at the South Carolina event after fashioning rounds of 71-77-75—223.

Ruth Tonnessen, Olivia Hensley, MacKenzie Neal and Hailey Rietz will round out the Eagles quintet.

The two-day, 54-hole tournament tees off from the University Club at Arlington Monday.
