Volleyball Eagles Return Home to Face SEMO This Weekend

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Following an impressive two game sweep at UT Martin, Morehead State volleyball looks to continue its success at home against the Southeast Missouri Redhawks. The Redhawks and Eagles will serve it up at 6 p.m. ET. on Friday and 2 p.m. ET. on Saturday.

The matches will be on ESPN+ with Dean Hardin and Logan Liles.

MSU is hoping to find its fourth victory in a row, which would be the longest of the year.

Saturday is Morehead State's cancer awareness game, and fans are encouraged to wear pink.

PREVIOUS MEETING & SERIES HISTORY
  • Morehead State and Southeast Missouri have had more than 50 matches dating back to the early 1990s.
  • Southeast Missouri leads the series 34-24.
  • The previous meeting between MSU and SEMO was in late September of 2023 when SEMO swept the weekend with a four-set, and a three-set victory.

  • Amelia Nott tallied 15 total blocks between the two games against UT Martin this past weekend, with a career high eight total blocks in the first game, and seven in the second.
