MOREHEAD, Ky. -- The final game of the season's opening road trip is set for Tuesday, as the Morehead State baseball team plays close to home when the Eagles take on Northern Kentucky in Highland Heights.Â
Morehead State picked up a big series win on Sunday, breaking a ninth inning tie with back-to-back home runs to topple North Alabama.Â
First pitch is set for 2:00 PM ET from the Bill Aker Baseball Complex in Highland Heights. Fans not in attendance can find a live stats link on the baseball schedule page at MSUEagles.com. There will not be a video stream for the contest.Â

- In addition to his home runs, Preece currently holds an reached-base streak of 47 games, just five games shy of the program record set by his former teammate Alex Jacobs in 2022.Â
- Colton Becker has started the season on fire at the plate, batting .433 through the first seven games with a seven-game hitting streak. Becker stole three bases on Sunday at North Alabama, and has not been caught stealing in his last 28Â attempts dating back to 3/25/2022.Â
- Becker also leads the OVC in hits thus far this season with 13, and Ryley Preece leads the OVC in runs scored with 11.Â
- Roman Kuntz went deep on Sunday for his second home run of the season. Kuntz posted four RBI, a new season-high.Â
- Hayden Robbins' go-ahead, three-run home run in the ninth inning of Sunday's win over North Alabama was the first of his collegiate career. Robbins ranks third on the team in batting average at .310, and is tied for third in RBI with seven.Â
- Isaias Guzman had a hit in all three games this weekend, posting a pair of doubles and five RBI. Guzman leads the team in doubles thus far this season with three.Â
- Ryan Grabosch has opened the season on a five-game hitting streak, with a pair of multi-hit games.Â
