Beach Eagles Fall in Weekend Finale to South Carolina

RESULTS

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State Beach Volleyball fell 5-0 to South Carolina on Sunday to wrap up the Palmetto Invitational.

All six matches went the Gamecocks in straight sets.

At No. 4, Brenna Bommer and Lily-Kate Carver did take their second set to extra points before falling 23-21.

MSU slipped to 6-11 this spring and is now idle until April 19-20 at OVC Weekend No. 2.
