Â
"I think we have a nice balance with some opponents that will certainly challenge us and will certainly benefit us in our preparations for Ohio Valley Conference play," said Morehead State head coach
Cayla Petree. "We also have quite a few home games, which is a little bit different from the past. Â I think that balance between the power conference games we have, and our expanded home schedule will prepare us for the conference season."
Â
Morehead State will begin Ohio Valley Conference play on Dec. 19 when it hosts UT Martin. Â The conference portion of the schedule will follow the familiar format of women's/men's doubleheaders on Thursdays and Saturdays, with teams having five road weekends and five home weekends.
