Ella Warrick are recipients of Ohio Valley Conference weekly awards for their play in last weekend's Mercyhurst Invitational in Erie, Pa.

Everett, a senior from Norris City, Ill., was named the OVC Offensive player of the Week after she tallied 45 kills over last weekend's three matches, averaging 4.09 kills per set and posted a blistering .394 hitting percentage. In the Eagles' sweep Friday over host Mercyhurst, Everett posted a match-high 11 kills with an incredible .529 attack efficiency.

Friday evening, in the Eagles' four-set victory over Cleveland State, Everett led all attackers with 15 kills and hit an efficient .369 attack percentage. In Morehead State's four-set win over Siena on Saturday, she smacked 19 terminations posting an outstanding .394 hitting percentage. She added two blocks to her stat line as well. Amelia Nott, were both named to the All-Tournament team. Everett leads Morehead State with 88 kills on the season, averaging 3.67 kills per set.

Warrick was named the OVC Rookie of the Week after recording 33 kills over the weekend, averaging 3.00 kills per set, smacking eight service aces and posting 27 digs, second-most on the team.

In Friday's opener at Mercyhurst she posted seven kills and three service aces. In the Eagles' match against Cleveland State, she posted her third double-double of the season with 10 kills and 10 digs and recorded a pair of aces.

Against Siena on Saturday, she posted another double-double, smacking a season-high 16 kills and adding 10 digs. She posted a .353 hitting percentage and three service aces. Warrick leads Morehead State (and ranks second in the OVC) with 13 service aces, averaging 0.54 aces per set.

The Eagles return to action this Thursday with their home opener against Cincinnati. First serve is set for 5:00 p.m. ET.
