AS A FIFTH YEAR (FALL 2023)
Competed in five meets this season... Placed 33rd and led team with 26.13.60 in the 8K at the Angel Mounds Invitational, Placed 35th and led team with season best time of 25.02.78 in the 8K at the OVC Championship.

AS A FOURTH YEAR (FALL 2022)
Competed in six meets this season... Placed 2nd in the 5K at the Eastern Kentucky Tri-Meet... Finished first on the team in four of the six meets... Season best 8K time of 24:50.3 at the Live in Lou Classic... Recorded three top-25 finishes... Placed 16th at the OVC Championship with an 8K time of 25:58.4.

AS A THIRD YEAR (FALL 2021) (Athletes were not charged eligibility in 2020 due to COVID)
Competed in six meets this season ... Posted his season best 8K time of 26:10.3, finishing 25th at the OVC Championship ... Finished 12th in the 5K run at the EKU Duel. 

AS A SECOND YEAR (2020/SPRING 2021)
Competed in all three meets this season, including the OVC Championship ... Finished first on the team in two of the three meets with both being top-10 finishes overall ... Ran a 6K time of 19:31.00 to finish seventh at the Eastern Kentucky Duel ... Ran season-best 8K time of 26:46.78 at the Murray State Open to finish eighth ... Concluded the season with a top-25 finish at the OVC Championship with a time of 28:39.90.

AS A FIRST YEAR (2019)
Competed in all five meets this season ... Finished either third or fourth on the team in all five meets ... Had best meet at the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing in 26:03.7.

PRIOR TO MSU
Scored in the KHSAA Class AAA state track meet in 2018, placing seventh overall for 1,600 meters ... Continued success into senior cross country season placing seventh out of 300 of the best runners in the state, a 40-place improvement over his junior year at the state cross country event.
