AS A JUNIOR (2018)
Ran in four meets ... Ran season-best time of 24:31.0 at the Royals Challenge where he finished 20th among 396 runners ... Finished 24th at the OVC Championships in a time of 25:16.6.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017)
Ran in all six events this season … Best 5K time (16:44.1) at the Eagle Opener … Notched season-best 8K with a time of 25:25.9 at the OVC Championship … Competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional crossing the 10K finish line in 31:58.3.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Ran in the first four events … Best 8K time was 26:26.52 at the Greater Louisville Classic … Ran 27:21.70 and placed 35^th of 134 runners at the ISU Pre-National Invitational.

PRIOR TO MSU
Four-time state qualifier for cross country ... Won the 2015 region title and placed sixth at the state meet for cross country. On the track, took first in the region in the 3,200-meters and second for the 1,600-meter race ... On the state level, recorded a third-place showing for the 1,600-meter event and sixth in the 3,200-meters ... Personal bests included 16:02.14 (5K), 4:32.59 (1,600) and 10:02.74 (3,200).
