Alyson Moorman joined the Eagle staff in 2026 after two seasons as the head coach at Oakland City University (Ind.) of the NAIA River States Conference.

Before taking the helm at Oakland City, she spent two years at Webber International University (Fla.), the second season as head coach.

Prior to her tenure at WIU, Moorman spent six years coaching at the club and high school level in Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Rio Grande (Ohio) and a Master of Science in Sports Administration at the University of Cincinnati in 2021.
