Junior Ethan Cole of the rifle team has been named this week’s Male Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

Cole led the Eagles with a 582 in air rifle and a 581 in smallbore at the NCAA Qualifier. For his efforts, Cole was one of just eight competitors selected to participate as an individual at the NCAA Rifle Championships on March 14-15 at Murray State.

The Somerset, Pa., native averaged 577.8 in smallbore and 579 in air rifle.

It is the first honor of the season for Cole.
