Eagle Sports Live to Debut From Buffalo Wild Wings

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State has announced a new location and format for its weekly coaches shows. Eagle Sports Live, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, will air from the restaurant in Morehead on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. ET.

The show will be broadcast live on the flagship station of the Eagle Sports Network, WIVY-96.3 FM. Archived video of the shows are scheduled to be available on MSUEagles.com and the OVC Digital Network the following day.

The first show is scheduled for Monday, and the program will run each week until Nov. 10 with the exception of Sept. 22. Following a short break, the show will return in January and run until March.

"As we strive to expand our radio network, this platform provides another exciting opportunity to promote our athletic department," Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs Brad Smith said. "I want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings and WIVY for their continued partnerships with MSU Athletics."

Head Football Coach Rob Tenyer will be the featured guest each week during the fall. Head Men's Basketball Coach Sean Woods will be on each week during the Ohio Valley Conference portion of the season. Segments will also feature many of Morehead State's other head coaches and athletic administrators.

Jason Blanton, veteran announcer for the Eagle Sports Network and the media relations director for Morehead State's Office of Communications and Marketing, will serve as host of the shows.

Coaches will provide insight on previous competitions as well as look ahead to future action. Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to win prizes, and Buffalo Wild Wings will provide specials for $1 breaded or naked tenders on Monday nights.

"We are excited to continue our radio partnership with MSU Athletics and bring fans the weekly Eagle Sports Live Shows," said Jeff Ray, general manager of WIVY. "The new location should provide a great venue for the show, and we look forward to fans tuning in each week also."

Buffalo Wild Wings is located at 250 Newtowne Square.
