MOREHEAD, Ky. - Morehead State men's golf team travels to Dayton, Ohio on Oct. 17-18 to participate in their final fall tournament, the Dayton Flyer Invitational. The tournament will take place at NCR Country Club.
Eighteen schools will participate in the event, including Michigan state rival Northern Kentucky.
"NCR has been host to a number of big-time events over the years, including the 1969 PGA Championship," said head coach
Matthew Martin. "This will be our last team event of the fall. The field will be one of the strongest of the year. Since we only play 36 holes, we must get off to a fast start."
NCR Country Club's South Course will play at 7,100 yards with a par of 71. Monday will have a shotgun start of 10 a.m. with Tuesday's round also beginning with a 10 a.m. shotgun start.
