MOREHEAD, Ky. - The Morehead State women’s tennis team is set to compete in three tournaments this fall, beginning with this weekend’s Billiken Classic hosted by Saint Louis University. The tournament will be held in St. Louis, Mo., on Sept. 9-10. Senior

Victoria Cran and freshmen
Alexis Garrett and
Shilpa Naruka will be making the trip for the Eagles.
“We’re excited to get started this weekend,” said coach
Kevin Fulton. “We have had a great few days of practice and I am looking forward to seeing what we can carry over from the practice courts. I look for Alix Young to have a terrific senior year, and in my opinion, she is one of the top three players returning in the Ohio Valley Conference.”
The Eagles will also be participating in the the Redbird Round-Up on Sept. 23-25 in Normal, Ill., as well as the Kentucky Fall Invitational on Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in Lexington, Ky.
Morehead State returns seniors Young and
Jessica Montemayor, juniors Cran and
