Louis Rogan played football for Morehead State from 1967-70. He played running back for the Eagles and earned All-Ohio Valley Conference in 1968. That season he rushed for 1,125 yards while earning Honorable Mention Little All-American honors.

Rogan rushed for 2,437 yards for the Eagles, which ranked as the second highest total in school history.
