Jarrell Vinson played football and baseball for Morehead State in the early 1930’s. He lettered three years in football and one year in baseball.

Vinson played quarterback for some outstanding MSU teams of the 1930’s. The yearbook and newspaper accounts of that time credit him with passing for and scoring several key touchdowns for the Eagle football team.
